Purpose of the training:
To assign specific responsibility for
various technical duties to be carried out during
a mass evacuation of the campus
Facilitator(s): Willie Suter
Participants: Technical Resources Team
Equipment/supplies
provided: Copy of the Emergency Management
Procedures, backpack, hat, armband, ID holder,
flashlight, first aid kit, whistle, and extra
flashlight batteries, toothbrush and toothpaste,
bottled water, notepad and pencil, 2 glowsticks,
EAS identification card.
Responsibilities:
- Willy Suter is the ERT member who will initiate
the telephone notification by calling Holly
Mussatti.
- Holly Mussatti will report to Asbury and
coordinate the loading of water, water dispensers,
emergency generators, extension cords and gasoline,
if necessary.
- Greg Fletcher and assigned staff will load
tables and chairs onto a truck, move them to
the designated site(s), set up tables and chairs
as directed, contact Holly Mussatti when they
are done and remain at the site until directed
otherwise.
- Reggie Mayo and George Merchant will report
to Public Safety and meet with a member of Public
Safety. They will be responsible for resetting
alarms and security systems, when appropriate.
