If you find your car has been booted by American University's Parking and Traffic Services office, you should call 202.885.3111 for removal assistance Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.  At all other times, vehicles can be released upon full payments by Public Safety officers.  Payment may be made in person by cash, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card or online at www.parkingticketpayment.com/american (a nominal fee is assessed for online payments.  Personal checks will not be accepted for payments.
