Stock Gifts

The university receives stock gifts from donors. The Treasury Operations department regularly reviews the stock gift account in order to value all gifts received by the university. If your department needs further information on the value of a stock gift please contact treasury@american.edu.

Endowment

The Treasury Operations department administers the university's endowment and working capital portfolios. Investment reporting, allocation, and performance are monitored regularly. The Treasury Operations department works closely with the University's investment advisors and custodian to execute investment decisions on behalf of the university.
