Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcomed! The Financial Aid Office has implemented a counselor-on-call initiative to better serve you. Students and parents are welcome to walk in and meet with our financial aid counselors. No appointments necessary. Counselors are available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Location

The Financial Aid Office is located on the south side of the main AU campus, directly across from the Letts Residence Hall and AU bus stop.
