I am currently maintaining a 3.25 cumulative GPA at AU (returning students only)    
I scored above the 75th percentile on a college admissions test (new students only)    
I am enrolled in a program/coursework that will prepare me to teach in a high-need field    
I have completed the TEACH Grant Entrance Counseling at www.teach-ats.ed.gov    
I have read understood and signed a TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve at www.teach-ats.ed.gov    
I have attached an academic plan for teaching if majoring in a non-education program    
(Check to accept) I fully understand that the TEACH Grant Program has specific service obligations that must be met in order for the award to remain as a grant. I understand that the award will be permanently converted to an unsubsidized Federal Direct Stafford Loan and that I will be responsible to repay this loan with interest capitalized from the date of disbursement of the grant if I fail to meet all of the conditions of the award or if the conditions are not documented as required. I understand that once a TEACH Grant is converted to a loan it cannot be converted back to a grant.

If enrolled in one of the majors with an asterisk (*) next to it, you must submit an academic plan signed by your advisor that outlines how you intend to complete the necessary coursework to begin a career in teaching.
