Reunions are milestones—occasions for alumni to commemorate their place in AU's history, reflect on what AU has meant to them, and renew their ties with the university. Reunion celebrations are also a time when classes focus their fundraising efforts to increase giving in support of current AU students.

Reunions provide a special opportunity for alumni to make a contribution to American University in honor of their reunion towards a class gift. Show your AU pride by supporting this effort. It doesn't matter how much you give, it matters that you give.

How do I make a gift to my reunion class?
You can give on-line through AU's secure Web site. Every gift made by a member of a reunion class from May 1 until April 30 counts toward the reunion gift total, regardless of where you donate within the university.
How will my reunion gift be used by AU?
Designate your gift to support the area of campus that means the most to you, from your school or college, to a special program, the library, athletics, or the AU Fund for Excellence, which benefits the areas of greatest need determined by AU each year. Your gift, whatever the size or designation, is a vote of confidence in AU!
What is the President's Circle?
Membership in AU's President's Circle is awarded to alumni and friends who make a gift of $2,500 or more during the university's fiscal year, between May 1 and April 30. President's Circle members receive special recognition and invitations to exclusive events throughout the year.
