AU Phonathon Program

Alumni involvement is crucial to the success of American University. Through annual gifts, AU is able to provide additional student scholarships, fund various operational needs of the university, and improve overall campus life.

Through the AU Phonathon Program, over 50 AU students have the opportunity to reach out to alumni year-round to foster relationships and to provide alumni with updates on the remarkable progress that the university continues to make. As a department of the Office of Annual Giving, the AU Phonathon program also serves to thank alumni and parents for the past gifts and extend them the opportunity to renew their support.

With the support of alumni and parents, students are given access to more educational resources and are able to fully experience AU. So, as an alumnus, your conversation with an AU student is more than an opportunity to support the university; it is an opportunity to reminisce about your days on campus and to share useful academic advice with the students of the future.
