The School of Public Affairs

Founded in 1934 in response to a call for national service put forth by US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, SPA has had many names over the years: School of Government, School of Government and Public Affairs, School of Justice.  Regardless, in 2009, we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the important contributions of the school’s students, alumni, and faculty.

As part of the AnewAU campaign and to celebrate SPA’s anniversary, there are many opportunities for donors to make investments in SPA’s future by supporting to the school’s departments, programs, centers, scholarships, and faculty research.
