Well on Track is a digital health platform that allows AhealthyU to capture each participant's activity data for reporting weekly standings.
Follow the steps below to connect to the Well on Track online platform:
1) Click "Register Now" at the following link: https://well-on-track.com/americanuniversity 2) Enter the requested information (name, email, create password, etc.) 3) On the next page: click the green “Activity Tracking” 4) On the next page: click green “Finish” 5) An email from Well on Track will be sent to you with subject “Well on Track Registration Information” - this email will contain your unique link for completing the registration of your activity device. 6) Click the link from this Well on Track email 7) Scroll down the page to find the icon for your device and click "Connect" -You may be prompted to login using your username and password specific to your device's account (Ex: your Fitbit, MisFit, Jawbone, etc login info). -For certain devices, you may also be prompted to allow specific fields - if this is the case for your device, be sure that the boxes are checked for the following fields: Profile, Devices and Setting, Activity and Exercise; Click "Allow" 8) You should then see a confirmation that you are connected – a green banner at the top of the webpage with the message "Successfully connected" 9) Exit out of the webpage
If you successfully moved through these steps, then you have successfully connected your device to the Well on Track Platform.
Remember, you will not need to access the Well on Track site again during the Challenge. To view your progress, you will access your own tracking tool or application that you chose for logging your activity from the list of compatible tracking tools (for example, your Fitbit app)
