Steps to AhealthyU Well on Track Pedometer Challenge
Team up with coworkers to compete against other AU Faculty and Staff, or try to beat your personal step goal, and earn rewards along the way.

Registration is $5 for those with a compatible tracking device, and $15 for those wishing to purchase a device through AhealthyU. Competitive and Non-Competitive Track team registration options available.

Registration for the 6-week challenge is April 25 - May 9. The Pedometer Challenge officially begins on May 23.
This NEW series of monthly Monday sessions taps into the physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your life that may be unfulfilled. Experts from AU will lead interactive and energizing discussions. Enjoy light snacks and lots of conversation in a safe space while we propel each other on the right paths!
