  • Couch to 5k

    This beginners training program will take you from the couch to the finish line of your first 5K in eight weeks! Train twice a week with a coach and fellow faculty and staff members to run an upcoming 5k.

  • Recharge Series

    This series of monthly Monday sessions taps into the physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your life that may be unfulfilled. Experts from AU will lead interactive and energizing discussions. Enjoy light snacks and lots of conversation in a safe space while we propel each other on the right paths!

  • Seated Massage

    15 or 30 minute relaxing massages provided by licensed massage therapists each month for Faculty and Staff

    All massages are from 11am-2:15pm in (MGC 203), unless otherwise specified.

  • Weight Watchers at Work

    Join anytime and stay committed to your weight loss goals! Weight Watchers at Work currently meets every Thursday at noon on main campus.

    For every 10 meetings that you attend, AhealthyU will give you a $50 reward (taxes applicable)

    Can't make the on-campus meetings? You can enroll through AhealthyU and attend meetings in the community, and still receive the AhealthyU benefits!

    Ever wonder what goes on at a Weight Watchers meeting? This complimentary session is your chance to see what Weight Watchers is all about before enrolling. Please contact AhealthyU by Friday, April 21st if you are interested in enrolling in the next series.

    No cost for Rec Sports Members, $5 Drop-In fee for Non-Members
