Meet other cyclists at city-wide pit stops and at AU’s bike events
Whether you're a seasoned biker or just a beginner, we have resources and events to help make your Bike to Work Day a fun and worthwhile experience.
Before you start pedaling…
Join us for a special Everyday Biking Seminar Brown Bag Wellness Workshop:
In this workshop, Doug Smith from the Washington Area Bicycling Association, will highlight some of the basic points to follow before going on a ride, as well as what to do once you're on the bike. He will answer questions and ensure that individual riders feel prepared for Bike to Work Day. Office of Sustainability staff will also introduce resources around campus, such as bike fix-it stations and shower options.
If you would like to coordinate your route with fellow AU colleagues, please click the link to the Google Spreadsheet. Please include your name and email address, and feel free to reach out to one another to coordinate your ride before May 20th.
