AhealthyU Fitness Classes bring fitness opportunities to you around campus.Our office in Letts Lower Level 3 is open every Friday for Wii Fit Fridays, where you can exercise using one of our six Wii Fit stations. Jacobs Fitness Center is AU's on-site fitness facility. Jacobs offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment including stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills and rowers. The facility also has a wide range of weight machines and free weights. Jacobs offers fitness classes and personal training for AU faculty, staff, and students.
Our exercise database contains videos and descriptions on how to perform more than 20 simple exercises using only a balance ball or resistance band. Learn how to work your chest, back, arms, legs, and core while enhancing balance and stability.

Jacobs Fitness Center offers various yoga, pilates, and martial arts classes focused on the mind-body connection. These classes emphasize internal focus and self awareness. Jacobs also offers a variety of Group Fitness classes that meet many different exercise interests and needs. Individual and season passes are available.
