AhealthyU Presents: Nutrition at Work

New 6-Week Nutrition Series

You've heard it all before: increase your fruits and vegetables, consume less fat, eat seasonally-- but what's holding you back?  AhealthyU explores the areas that may be interfering with your success in putting these recommendations into practice.  Come join us for the 6-week Nutrition at Work series, featuring such topics as meal planning, mindless eating, and rearranging your environment (see complete schedule below for specific dates and topics).  These sessions feature interactive discussions and are participation-oriented to help you learn from others' experiences and discover how to improve your own health.  To register for the series, please fill out the form provided below. 

  • When: Every Wednesday, 12-1pm* beginning February 29 (excludes the week of spring break)
  • Where: Gray Hall, Bentley Lounge

*Attendees are responsible for bringing their own lunches; AhealthyU may incorporate some healthy snacks into sessions
