Brown Bag Wellness Workshops are no-cost, monthly lunchtime workshops designed to support healthy living through a variety of topics. We invite you to attend one or all.
Cooking Demonstrations with Chef Mary provide you with instruction on how to make quick and nutritious dishes. You can even taste the recipes as she makes them.

AhealthyU is excited to partner with the Office of Sustainability to present a Brown Bag Wellness Workshop all about biking to work. Have you ever considered riding your bike to work? Not only is it an environmentally friendly practice, but it's also a great way to fit in physical activity during the day. Experts of this workshop will cover the basics of riding your bike to work and provide you with safety information and local paths for riding.
