Getting Around
Flying in and need to get to AU’s campus? Try Metro, Washington Flyer, or SuperShuttle (Airport Transportation).
Once you’re here, you have a host of different public transportation options including Metro, Zip Car, AU Shuttle, and DC Circulator. Amtrak, MARC (MD commuters), and VRE (VA Commuters) serve commuters and travelers in and around the DC area.

American University offers two banking services: Capitol One has a branch on the main campus and several other major banks are close to campus. Faculty and staff also may take advantage of the Engraving and Printing Federal Credit Union.
