Performance Management Program Year-End Appraisal Form Opens June 3

At the beginning of June, you will have access to the PMP Year-end Appraisal Form, as well as an online tutorial in AsuccessfulU to guide you through the process. We recommend that you complete your self-assessment by Friday, June 28, giving managers enough time to do their own assessment and meet with you for a face-to-face discussion by July 31.

Step 1: Everyone is expected to take the online tutorial, Performance Management Program: The Year-end Appraisal Online, prior to completing the form. The tutorial will clarify the differences from the Mid-year Discussion process as well as explain the link to compensation. Access the tutorial on AsuccessfulU.

Step 2: Access the PMP Year-end Appraisal Form on the AsuccessfulU home page. If you are a manager, you will see your own form in addition to your direct reports, once they have entered their self-assessment and submitted their form.

How can you get ready for the Year-End Appraisal?

Prior to the year-end appraisal, it will be important that your goals are complete, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound), and up-to-date under the "Goals" tab in AsuccessfulU. We will offer one-hour "PMP Year-end Appraisal: How to Rate Goals," workshops in mid-June. Watch for more information regarding the PMP Year-end process and workshops.
