TECHNICAL
SUPPORT I
School of Communication
The
SOC's Media Production Center (MPC) is looking
for a fast-learning, energetic person with strong
communication and customer service skills and
a willingness to learn how to operate the AVID
editing system. This incumbent will serve as technical
support for MPC customers as well as other duties
as assigned. The person chosen must be computer
savvy with basic knowledge of Windows XP/NT, Microsoft
Word and Excel and the campus network. Some familiarity
with media production applications, i.e. Cool
Edit, Final Cut Pro or AVID a plus.
Minimum Hours Required: 10
Wage Rate: $9.00
