DELEGATE INFORMATION

Representatives of colleges and universities, learned societies, and associations are invited to attend the following events on Friday, February 8:

8:30 AM        Breakfast buffet for alumni and delegates
                     Tavern, Mary Graydon Center

10:15 AM      Delegates and faculty assemble for processional
                     Tavern, Mary Graydon Center

11:00 AM      Inauguration ceremony
                     Bender Arena

2:00 PM        Campus-wide reception
                     University Club, Mary Graydon Center

In order to be listed in the program, we ask that you confirm attendance by January 18.

Delegates are asked to bring regalia or to rent regalia. Rental regalia is available from Herff Jones. Orders should be placed online by January 20 on the Herff Jones site ($36.68–bachelor’s, $43.42–master’s, $49.08–doctoral, plus tax). Enter customer number 08000386000 and order number 718814. Rental regalia may be picked up at the breakfast for alumni and delegates.
