FACULTY INFORMATION

Faculty participating in the ceremony are asked to bring their regalia on February 8. The deadline to submit requests for rental regalia was Friday, January 20. Rental regalia may be picked up in the Palmer Kettler Lounge, 2nd floor, Sports Center, beginning at 10 AM on Friday, February 8, and should be returned there after the ceremony.

We will attempt to fill onsite regalia orders in Palmer Kettler Lounge, but we cannot guarantee an exact fit for size, degree, or institution. Onsite rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who placing orders onsite are asked to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Faculty who prefer not to wear regalia or who are unable to be fitted onsite are asked to line-up toward the back of the procession --- or they may sit in the general seating area. (Tickets for the general seating area are available in the dean's offices, Bender Library, and the Mary Graydon Center Information Desk. Tickets will also be available onsite.)

The inauguration ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM and will last approximately 90 minutes.
All members of the campus community are invited to a reception at 2:00 PM in the University Club, 1st floor, Mary Graydon Center.

All campus lots will be open on February 8. The Sports Center Garage is expected to be full, so persons who normally park in the Sports Center garage may park in the Nebraska Avenue lot and the Katzen Arts Center garage without charge.
