There are no known sites or technopolis regions in Hungary. However, as the market becomes more privatized, more investment is made and the market grows, perhaps one will be developed. There is no current mention or plan.

Currently there are no IT R&D Parks. However, within Hungary's Industry Policy there is mention of the fact that in order to strengthen competitiveness, a company must support R&D and innovation, especially within small and medium-sized businesses.
