Our Focus
New and Noteworthy
- Dr. Pastor has been the Interim Co-Director of The Elders, a group of 13 distinguished leaders, who seek to contribute to resolve crises and offer new approaches to global issues. Dr. Pastor is responsible for working on the crises and recently organized a mission led by four Elders - Desmond Tutu, Lakhdar Brahimi, Jimmy Carter, and Graca Machel - to Sudan. - CDEM organized a conference, 'Change the Way America Runs Its Elections' on nonpartisan election administration at the National Press Club on June 13, 2007.
