Group Exercise Classes
The Jacobs Fitness Center has many different fitness classes to meet a variety of interests and needs. A group exercise semester pass allows participants to take as many classes as they wish during that semester. Please remember that some classes fill up quickly, so you may want to arrive about 30 minutes early to sign-up for a particular class. Classes vary each semester, but there is always a variety of classes to help you meet your fitness needs.

Mind-Body Classes
Separate from our Group Exercise Program, the Jacobs Fitness Center offers alternative classes for those desiring to make a mind-body connection. Mind-body classes emphasize connecting with the body and being present; there is more internal focus and an emphasis on self-awareness. Yoga, pilates, and Tae Kwon Do are offered at varying times during all semesters.
