QUICK CORE: Your core is not just your abs! This class works the entire midsection, including your lower back, to promote core balance. To burn fat and show off all your hard work, don’t forget your cardio workouts 3-5 times per week. (15 minutes)
SAMBA: Join Zezeh as you learn one of the most popular dance styles from Brazil. This class will focus on the technique of how to dance smoothly to the distinctive Latin beat, but Zezeh will make you work up a sweat, too. (55 minutes)
SPINNING: Group stationary cycling is one of the hottest workouts around. Lights are dimmed and music is played as your instructor leads you on a journey of long flats, hill climbs and sprints. (45 minutes)
STEP AND SCULPT: Get that toned physique you’ve always wanted! This class gives you a full-body workout while keeping your heart rate up the whole time. You’ll use dumbbells, body weight exercises, and of course, a step! (55 minutes)
