Unlike our group exercise classes, mind-body classes must be registered for individually. They are not offered on a "drop-in" basis (excluding Sunday Yoga), and instruction in the skills involved generally progresses over a six-week period. There are two sessions offered during Fall and Spring semesters; one during Summer session.
Yoga is offered on a drop-in basis on Sundays for $5/class.
Class size is limited to 25 participants.
For those with mind-body session passes, sign up begins 30 minutes before each class; for those buying $5 passes, sign up begins 15 minutes before each class.
No admittance to mind-body classes is permitted 10 minutes after class begins.
No hard or black soled shoes permitted in the group exercise studio.
No bags are allowed in the group exercise studio.
