The Kogod Center for Career Development's Peer Consultants meet with undergraduate students to assist with resumes, cover letters, and utilizing CareerSource.PCs hold scheduled appointments from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 15 minute walk-in appointments from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fall 2017 Peer Consultants
Neha Bura is a senior in the School of Public Affairs, pursuing a BA in CLEG (Communications, Law, Economics, and Government) with a minor in Leadership and Management from the Kogod School of Business. Neha is involved on campus as a member of Delta Gamma, a social sorority where she serves as a member of the Honor Board and Director of Recruitment. Additionally, she was part of the Dean's Internship Program for the School of Communication. She has held a variety of internships around D.C. including the White House, Price Benowitz LLP and Bloomberg BNA. Last spring break, she participated in the Corporate Entrepreneurship program with the AU Center of Innovation in Norway. Outside of school and work, she loves to explore DC coffee shops and brunch spots. Neha is thrilled to serve as a PC to help her peers find their next internship or job!
Tara Flanagan is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at the Kogod School of Business. Last year she completed a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. As an undergraduate, Tara was an active member of Delta Gamma, a social sorority on campus, and served as their Director of Social Events. She was also involved with student government and held the position of Senator for the Class of 2017 her freshman and sophomore year. This past summer she interned for Procter & Gamble in their finance department in Geneva, Switzerland. Tara's favorite memory as an undergraduate student was traveling to Bergen, Norway with a group of Kogod students to study corporate entrepreneurship. In Tara's free time she likes to take her dog for hikes and go to local farmer's markets. Tara is looking forward to working with other Kogod student to help them develop a career strategy in line with their goals and aspirations.
Rachel Fogg is a senior pursuing a BS in Accounting with a Minor in Finance. She is actively involved on campus as the VP of Professional Development for the Kogod Accounting Club, as a Business 1.0 Teaching Assistant, and a Peer Mentor for the Kogod 1955 Club. Rachel has work experience with the Kogod Center for Career Development as a Front Desk Coordinator, Assurance Intern with Aronson LLC, and as a Banking and Capital Markets Intern for PwC this past summer. Outside academics, Rachel enjoys reading, watching romantic comedies, and trying different types of food. Rachel is looking forward to working with students to improve their professional development skills.
Charvi Radia is currently a senior studying BSBA with a double specialization in Marketing and International Business. This past summer, she interned at MTV on the market research and consumer insights team. She has also interned for The United Nations Foundation for UNA-USA, 20th Century Fox Films doing publicity, The Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce doing marketing and communications, and The Nexus Global Youth Summit doing marketing and event planning. In her spare time, she enjoys learning about new cultures through food and travel.
Bella Truong is a senior pursuing a degree in Finance. She is involved on campus as a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a TA for FIN-365, and a Student Career Engagement Officer on the Alumni Engagement Team. Bella spent this past summer in New York City as a Finance Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Originally from Chicago, she enjoys exploring new cities, traveling, and trying new foods.
Sophie Rooks is a senior in the Kogod School of Business pursuing a major in Business Administration with a self designed specialization in Financial Management and a minor in Economics. Sophie is involved on campus as a member of Delta Gamma where she serves as the Vice President of the Panhellenic Council. Additionally, Sophie is a member of the CAS Leadership and Ethical Development program and a member of the Kogod honors program. This summer Sophie is interning with the Consumer Technology Association, which she will be continuing throughout the school year. Outside of school and work, Sophie enjoys staying active by running and practicing yoga. Sophie looks forward to helping fellow Kogod students create and edit their resumes and cover letter as well as general interview prep.
