Post a Job
Our corporate partners are invited to create an account on our CareerSource online recruiting system.. Postings are free and will reach a targeted group of Kogod business students most likely to meet your needs.
Post your job on CareerSource
From "home", click on the "Create a Non-OCR Job Posting" quick link on the right hand side of the welcome screen and you will be directed to the job postings page.
*We require all jobs posted through Kogod CareerSource to be bona fide job opportunities that fall within the parameters of professional employment opportunities. Employers who wish to advertise childcare, tutoring, odd jobs, home office duties or jobs which include childcare and or tutoring should post the position with Job Corps.
We encourage employers to recruit at Kogod through On-Campus Recruiting (OCR). The Kogod Center for Career Development uses an online recruiting system called CareerSource to give you access to students and alumni.
Register for an OCR interview day
Once logged into the system, please select an OCR model (pre-select, pre-select to alternate, open), interview date, interview length, and target population. We ask that you specify if you are aiming to reach undergraduate business students, graduate business students or both.
Host an information session or sponsor an information table
Register to host an information session or sponsor an information table at the Kogod School of Business.
Information sessions are a great way to describe your recruiting opportunities and company culture to a captive audience. It is recommended that recruiting companies host information sessions the evening before the OCR interview day, although information sessions are not limited to those participating in OCR.
Information tables are recommended for employers who are looking to broadly promote their organizations at Kogod and reach a deep pool of candidates for minimal cost and effort. Tables generally last from 9:00am – 12:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm.
To speak with a Corporate Relations representative about available dates for information sessions, tables and OCR interviews, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or (202) 885-1908.
