There are many opportunities throughout the year to increase your visibility at Kogod and connect with students. For more information or to get involved, please contact us at (202) 885-1908 or email@example.com.
Post a Job or Internship
Create an account in CareerSource to post your jobs and internships to Kogod students (as well as students throughout American University).
*We require all jobs posted through Kogod CareerSource to be bona fide job opportunities that fall within the parameters of professional employment opportunities. Full commission-based positions and opportunities that require candidates to pay fees for application processes, training, equipment, or other job-related expenses are not supported by the Kogod Center for Career Development (KCCD). Additionally, KCCD does not support positions that are based in home offices or private residences.

Participate in an Industry Day
Take advantage of these career events, focused on specific business industries throughout the year. Industries include: Accounting & Finance, Business & Music, Consulting, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing, and Real Estate. Each Industry Day includes a panel of experts or a career fair, and networking.
Sponsor an Event
Partner with a Student Club or Organization
Kogod has a wide range of both undergraduate and graduate clubs and organizations, making it easy to directly market to targeted audiences. There are also opportunities to partner with faculty (e.g. classroom presentations, consulting projects) to increase your company's visibility on campus and market to our students.
Host a Site Visit
One of the most impactful ways to introduce students to your organization is by hosting them on-site. Site visits can be organized to locally-based firms and agencies. Additionally, we organize annual trips to New York City.
Conduct a Workshop
Share your expertise by conducting a career-related workshop or seminar. Students appreciate the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts and alumni.
Participate in a Mock Interview
Each spring, the KCCD hosts employers for the annual Kogod Network. Prior to a large networking reception, students have the opportunity to practice their interview skills through a mock interview with an employer.
To develop a mix of activities to best meet your objectives, please contact KCCD at (202) 885-1908 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
