  • Arlene Hill has been at American University since June 2009. Throughout her 10 years in academia, she has educated undergraduate and graduate students on lifelong career management skills at the Georgetown University Career Education Center, McDonough School of Business MBA Career Management, Indiana University, Bowling Green (OH) and the University of Findlay. During her Masters’ degree in College Student Personnel, Arlene focused on adult learning and development, particularly how adults make career and life transitions. Other topics of interest include generational understanding and networking strategies for introverts. Prior to making a career transition into higher education, Arlene was a musical theater actress in Chicago for 7 years with a day job in the financial services industry at Kemper Financial Services and ZKS Real Estate.
