• Dawn Eisenberg joins Kogod School of Business following a career in commercial real estate. Professor Eisenberg has experience with commercial leasing, site location, acquisitions, dispositions, and legal review of documentation. In addition, she has experience overseeing construction and management of multifamily developments in Arizona and Las Vegas. Also, Professor Eisenberg has worked on 1031 syndications, and has facilitated the closing of approximately $1 Billion in real estate transactions. She has worked for Westfield, Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. and GE Real Estate. Professor Eisenberg is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California.
