• Jennifer serves as the Associate Director of Career Management for the Kogod School of Business. She has several years experience in the counseling field, specifically in higher education. Jennifer's primary focus is counseling and coaching MBA/MS students throughout their time at Kogod.
  
  Jennifer enjoys utilizing creative methods of counseling to reach all types of students and alumni. She is a certified administrator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (personality assessment), among several other career assessments. She believes in supporting students just as much as challenging them so they can reach their ultimate potential. Helping students feel confident and knowledgeable about their own career process after leaving each session is Jennifer's goal.
