Graduates of the Master's in Real Estate (MSRE) program are well prepared to enter the job market in a variety of commercial real estate positions, in areas such as commercial development and investment banks, mortgage finance firms, international development organizations, and more.
Additionally, students have the opportunity to network with and join professional real estate associations, including NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), among others.
Many prominent local Washington, D.C. area real estate developers and professionals are Kogod alumni, and the school's benefactor, Robert Kogod, is the former Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of the Charles E. Smith Real Estate Company.
