Ken is a member of the senior executive staff of a $1.1B, 3,600-person manufacturer of spacecraft and provider of launch services. He has enterprise-wide responsibility for network infrastructure, computing platforms, information security and applications. He has been associated with the company for about ten years, first in a consulting capacity and later as part of the management team. Prior to joining Orbital, he spent eleven years with James Martin & Co., an international systems consultancy, where he was a Principal, CIO and member of the international management board. He spent seven years in the US Army before leaving as a Captain to join Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche). His professional work has included business strategy development and operations management engagements with finance and technology companies, particularly start-ups and companies at risk. Ken is also vice-chairman of the Information Technology Advisory Commission of Arlington County, Virginia.
