Road Scholars 2014: Seattle
You know Seattle is the caffeine capital of the world, but did you know the Emerald City is the eighth largest port in the U.S. in terms of container capacity? Seattle is also a hotbed of eco-friendly business, committed to being the first climate-neutral city in North America, and is a leader in independent startups, technology, health, and artisanal producers. In addition, Seattle is the home for corporate headquarters for companies such as Starbucks, Amazon, Nordstrom, Seattle’s Best Coffee, and more. Join us as we explore the innovation and expertise of business in Seattle through a series of corporate site visits and cultural activities.
