Disney Leadership is a spring break study tour that provides undergraduate students with hands-on opportunities to develop leadership, management, communication, and teamwork skills from one of the world’s most successful companies.
About Road Scholars
The Road Scholars program is an alternative spring break study tour that provides undergraduate students with an opportunity to experience business in the real world while earning academic credit (1 credit P/F is optional). Students will find this program valuable in both their pursuit of business education and future professional goals.

Road Scholars: Disney Leadership is a program where students willexplore career opportunities and learn proven leadership skills practiced every day by the Cast Members of The Walt Disney Company.
During the field study, students will:
Explore how effective leadership produces innovation as they investigate proven management strategies employed by The Walt Disney Company.
Gain the skills to become the business leaders of tomorrow by identifying traits and behaviors they can use to promote their own personal and professional success.
Participate in interactive challenges that test their knowledge and expand their career goals.
Gain insights into a leader's role in creating and supporting an environment that stimulates and encourages creativity within a team, as once modeled by Walt himself.
Develop skills that focus on strategies for developing and maintaining high-performing teams.

Disney Leadership and Strategies:
Participants learn Disney management skills and business strategies for becoming an effective leader. Specially designed activities help students explore their entrepreneurial, communication and empowerment skills and discover how to inspire team excellence.

Disney’s Creative Process:
At Disney, "we keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things…" thanks to the creative legacy provided by our founder, Walt Disney. Participants in this highly experiential program will gain insights into a leader's role in creating and supporting an environment that stimulates and encourages creativity within a team, as once modeled by Walt himself.

Road Scholars Disney Reflection Workshop with KLAB
The program fee for Road Scholars: Disney Leadership is $700. A non-refundable $300 deposit due immediately at registration to secure your spot. Final payment is due and non-refundable after January 25.
Your program fee includes:
3 days of leadership and management training provided byCast Members of The Walt Disney Company at Epcot.
4 nights at a Walt Disney World Resort
3 days of transportation to and from Disney Theme Parks
3 days of lunch and dinner at Disney Theme Parks
*Flight not included in in program fee. Ten flight scholarships are available. See registration form for more detail about criteria and selection.
*The Road Scholars: Disney program provides students access to the Epcot Theme Park only. If students would like to go to other Disney Theme Parks during their free time there is an additional nominal fee of $230 for a three day park hopper pass.
Registration for the Road Scholars Disney trip is filled on a first-registered, first-deposited basis. Limited to 30 students. In other words, your registration is not complete until your $300 non-refundable deposit is received at Mary Graydon Center 318.
