Dawn L. Ridley is the founder and President of Ridley & Associates LLC and FirstSportsJob.com, a company dedicated to helping individuals secure their first position in the sports industry. She has served as the Senior Vice President for NFL PLAYERS, the marketing and licensing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association, Vice President, Business Development for D.C. United, and has held positions with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) and the Atlanta Braves. As an American University faculty member, Ridley developed and will teach the Introduction to Sports Management course.
