Corporate Finance - Commercial Banking

The Commercial Banking MBA career track prepares students for a career path which leads to senior executive positions in banking and often to career changes to the senior executive positions in the corporate finance function of companies.  

The Commercial Banking Career Track is 12 credit hours.

Required Courses

  • FIN-677 - Financial Statement Analysis (3)

  • FIN-682 - Managing Depository Institutions (1.5)

  • IBUS-701 - International Banking (1.5)

Choose 6 credits from the following:

  • ACCT-670 - International Accounting (3)

  • FIN-673 - Corporate Valuation & Financial Strategy (3)

  • FIN-674 - Derivatives & Risk Management (3)

  • IBUS-700 - International Finance (3)

  • MGMT-665 - Negotiations (3)
