Begin thinking about your event at least 6 weeks in advance. Use 25 Live (American Universities’ scheduling software) found here to find the best available space, date and/or time for your event.
Kogod Staff with scheduling ability should proceed to submit a space request in 25 Live.
Student Organizations should follow the process outlined for them by Student Activities.
Determine how much money you have and where it is coming from to spend on the event.
Schedule a Consultation
Meet with a member of the Administrative Services team to discuss the logistics of your event. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
Create a Buzz
If you did not submit all the necessary information when you requested event space, use the form found here to have your event appear on the Kogod Event Calendar. The Kogod Event Calendar is viewable here. Work with members of the Marketing and Communications to get the word out about your event.
