Kogod faculty, staff, and students are able to reserve meeting space in the Kogod School of Business, by completing the meeting space request form. Meeting space requests involve little or no set up and typically do not appear on the Master Calendar. These requests are typically for breakout or conference room spaces.
Please note that the space you request may not actually be available once your request is processed due to the space queue.
Day of space requests for meeting rooms can be made at the Kogod Front Desk, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can either visit the desk in person or call x1900.
Kogod faculty and staff are able to reserve event space in the Kogod School of Business, as well as have their event appear on the Master Calendar using the 25 Live space request form form found at https://25live.collegenet.com/american. If you are not an approved user of the University form please email email@example.com for more information.
Event space requests typically involve the need for audio visual support, catering, and additional room set-ups. These requests are typically for lounge, lobby and classroom spaces.
Kogod Student Clubs and Organizations must use the 25 Live space reservation form. Please direct any questions you have to your student activities adviser.
Kogod faculty or staff who need to reserve event or meeting space elsewhere on campus, please use the 25 Live space request form form found at https://25live.collegenet.com/american. If you do not have access to this form, you will need to work with a certified event planner in Kogod. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Course Related Classroom Requests
Faculty in need of a classroom for a course related event (i.e. make up exam or review session) should email email@example.com with your preferred date, time, course number, and how many people you need to accommodate. If a Kogod classroom is not available, we will work with the Registrar's Office to secure another location on campus for you. Please include the course number and expected number of attendees when requesting a room.
Reservations are made in the order they are received and are subject to the KSB space guidelines. KSB requires at least two (2) business days to schedule an event requiring little or no support service. Reservations for more complex events should be requested at least ten (10) business days in advance. Confirmations are sent by email and please allow up to two (2) business days for a response during heavy event times. Telephone reservations for events are not accepted.
