To reserve a meeting room or event space in KSB, please complete the room request form. Telephone reservations are not accepted. Reservations are made in the order they are received and are subject to the KSB space guidelines. KSB requires at least two business days to schedule an event requiring little or no support service. Reservations for more complex events should be requested at least 10 business days in advance.
Confirmations will be sent by email. Please allow up to two business days for a response. Day-of space requests for meeting rooms can be made at the KSB Front Desk and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Faculty in need of a classroom for a course related event should email email@example.com with your requested date, time, course number, and how many people you need to accommodate. If a KSB classroom is not available, we will work with the Registrar's Office to secure another location on campus for you.
