Faculty and staff wishing to order business cards should download this business card order form and send it to the Budget Coordinator in Kogod Room 230 for processing. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for all requests, especially during peak times.
Copy Requests - Two heavy duty copy machines for large copy requests are available in KSB 116. Please submit your copy requests by attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org or stop by during operating hours and complete the copy request form.
Copies will be placed in your mailbox or on the appropriate departmental shelf in Room 116 if the job is too large. Exams will be put in a security envelope and placed in your mailbox. If the material is copyrighted and has been approved for duplicating, please write the word approved in the "Office Use/Comments" section of the request form.
Smaller, walk-up copiers are located on each floor for immediate jobs. Each copier is passcode protected. For access, send a request to email@example.com. Please contact our Director of Technology at firstname.lastname@example.org to print directly to the copiers.
Fax Services - If you are faxing long distance, come to KSB 116 with your long distance code. The number to receive a fax is (202) 885-1992. Please make sure the sender clearly identifies you as the recipient.
Scan Services - All machines in Kogod have scanning capabilities. For instruction on how to use them, please contact email@example.com.
Shredding Services - A secure bin is located in KSB 116 for confidential items that need to be shredded. The bin is emptied once a month. Contact Joanne Espinoza at firstname.lastname@example.org for the monthly schedule. Please only use this service for confidential items.
A variety of audio visual, computer, and event support equipment are available by contacting Sophia Florestal at email@example.com. The equipment is intended for short-term use and can only be signed out by KSB faculty and staff. Equipment will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Pick up your requested items in KSB 116. Please return the equipment directly to a staff member. Please do not sign out equipment for someone else.
Conference phones, portable dry erase boards, two tables, a coat rack, and event signs are also available. Please indicate on your event or meeting space request form which items you will need or request directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All requests for office keys, name plates, office moves, name tags, furniture, and telecommunications equipment should be directed to email@example.com or x1915.
Exam booklets and Scantron forms are available upon request through Administrative Services. Scantron forms are processed through the Center for Teaching Excellence in Hurst Hall, Room 203, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For further questions, call (202) 885-3862.
Mailboxes for full-time faculty are located on the first floor across from Room 101 and can be accessed at all times with a key. Adjunct faculty mailboxes are in departmental suites or in Room 106 for International Business and Accounting professors. Mail is delivered and picked-up daily around 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Administrative Services staff distribute incoming mail to the mailboxes upon delivery; written notices are placed in the mailboxes if packages are too large to fit.
To reserve a meeting room or event space in KSB, please complete the room request form. Telephone reservations are not accepted. Reservations are made in the order they are received and are subject to the KSB space guidelines. KSB requires at least two business days to schedule an event requiring little or no support service. Reservations for more complex events should be requested at least 10 business days in advance.
Confirmations will be sent by email. Please allow up to two business days for a response. Day-of space requests for meeting rooms can be made at the KSB Front Desk and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Faculty in need of a classroom for a course related event should email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested date, time, course number, and how many people you need to accommodate. If a KSB classroom is not available, we will work with the Registrar's Office to secure another location on campus for you.
Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) Materials
The Registrar's Office distributes and compiles Student Evaluation of Teaching materials. Evaluations should be administered two weeks before study days at the end of the fall and spring semester and during the last week of classes for summer sessions. Please return completed forms directly to the Registrar’s Office in Asbury, Room 200. After 5 p.m., a drop box is available.
Immediate-use office supplies are available in Room 116 to all Kogod faculty and staff during operating hours. This includes academic department-specific letterhead and envelopes.

Textbooks and Course Pack Ordering
The Faculty Support Administrator is responsible for placing textbook and course pack orders. Deadlines vary by semester and will be communicated to you directly. (Fall orders are due in mid-April, spring are due in mid-November, and summer are due in mid-March.) Please keep in mind that the campus bookstore cannot guarantee a prompt delivery of your textbooks if your order is placed after the deadline.
