Welcome to the Kogod Technology resource page. Our team is here to help you with your technology needs.
The Office of Information Technology supports only one main computing device per person. Your device can be replaced with OIT funds once every three years. If you need to replace your device out of the replacement cycle, you will need to provide research or departmental funds for this purchase.
Visit the Workstation Standard Configuration page for more details about available computer models.
OIT provides a list of software (authentication needed) that is available free of charge to faculty and staff. This list can be found on the myAU Portal under Technology > Download Software. You will need to provide either research or departmental funds for any software that is not provided by OIT.
Please use the Technology Request form to request new hardware or software for yourself or a new faculty or staff member.
For Kogod specific technology, IT requests, and assistance please contact Kogod Director of Technology, Adrian Mihailescu, at (202) 885-2114 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
