Report a Technical Problem from Inside the Library

The library has a team of experts providing Roving Technical Support. If you are having a technical problem, you can:

• Go to the computer desktop on any of the library's public computers, click on the icon that says "Get Help" and ask your question. We will send Technical Support to you
• Go to the Information Desk in the lobby of the first floor and ask for assistance
