Audio Visual Service Request

AV provides delivery, set-up and pick-up of audio, video, projection, public address, and recording equipment for classes and university sponsored-events as well as on-site training in equipment operation. Learn more about what AV services we offer.         

Please place your AV Service Requests at least 24 hours in advance. Submit weekend requests no later than Thursday 5:00pm. 

If you need AV equipment for every class meeting, you may place a standing order for the semester by providing the dates and the beginning and ending times of your class, along with the course number.

Please indicate whether you would like an MP3 or Audio CD for audio recordings; DVD-movie or MP4 for video recordings. Please note that AV does not edit event recordings.

This equipment is for use with web-based lecture capture and conferencing services such as Panopto, Skype, and Go To Meeting. You must provide your own computer.
