Need Help With Blackboard?

Welcome to the website for the Blackboard Support Group! On this website, you will find information about training workshops for faculty, online documentation for faculty and students, and links to videos and podcasts for faculty and students.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS FOR FACULTY

The Blackboard Support Group currently offers hour long online workshops for faculty on Blackboard Collaborate, a web conferencing tool. Over the summer we do not have any Blackboard workshops, but you can come by our office Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM if you would like Blackboard training.

Introduction to Collaborate

Using Collaborate, the newest web-conferencing product on the market, professors can talk with students, share applications, files and images and record these sessions for future use. Please join us to learn how Collaborate can help you offer a remote review session or office hour, face a weather emergency, or teach a hybrid class. And with Collaborate, you can also set up groups so that your students can use all the features of Collaborate for their group projects without you in attendance.
