AU's e-Learning Support Services office is now offering a full suite of instructional design services to AU faculty and staff. From analyzing individual course objectives to designing complete online programs, the e-learning staff are available to meet a wide range of instructional and programmatic needs.

Online course and online program design
Our instructional designers have designed online and hybrid courses as well as entire online programs. With our expertise, we can help you deliver an exceptional e-learning experience, whether you are teaching online for the very first time or seeking to enhance your existing courses.
If you've ever wanted to create engaging and effective multimedia learning objects for your courses, we can help! We offer design and development assistance for animations, videos, and other interactive learning materials.
Course analysis and review
Quality Matters has developed industry standards for the evaluation of online courses. The e-Learning Support Services team is available to review your courses using the Quality Matters framework and to suggest improvements and enhancements that will ensure the best possible learning experience for students. Best practices for Blackboard and other e-learning technology
Our team is here to help you navigate the ins and outs of Blackboard and to offer tips, tricks, and best practices. We can also offer advice and support for making the most of any other LMS or e-learning tool.
