3700 NEBRASKA AVENUE NW 20016
Nebraska Hall, opened in fall 2007, offers apartment-style housing, with two, three, or four single bedrooms per apartment plus bathroom, kitchen, and living room. A variety of green initiatives, such as low VOC (volatile organic compound) paint, marmoleum flooring, carpet tiles, a high efficiency water mechanism, and Energy Star appliances, were incorporated into Nebraska Hall. Professor Wendell Cochran is a faculty member in residence living in this community. Nebraska Hall is located north of Ward Circle, near the Katzen Arts Center.
