      • AUSG Women's Initiative along with our many co-sponsors, are proud to present Take Back The Night. Over the years, Take Back The Night has become internationally known, as a way to take a stand against sexual violence and speak out against these horrible crimes. We are proud to have Take Back The Night at American University.

      • AUSG Women's Initiative in conjunction with The Wellness Center and PEERS presents Clothesline Project. Clothesline Project is a vehicle for women affected by violence to express their emotions by decorating a shirt. They then hang the shirt on a clothesline to be viewed by others as testimony to the problem of violence against women.
