REQUESTING ACCOMMODATIONS LETTERS – FOR RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY
To request your accommodations letters for the upcoming semester with no changes, please submit the form below.
If you want to request a change in your accommodations, do not submit this form. You will need to meet with your ASAC counselor. Please call 202-885-3360 or drop by MGC 243 to schedule an appointment.
Professors are not obligated to accommodate your disability until they receive your letter of accommodations. Accommodations are not applied retroactively.
If you have an approved note taker accommodation and wish to request notes in a specific class, you must stop by the ASAC in MGC 243 and see one of the accommodations coordinators or schedule an appointment with your ASAC counselor.
