The Academic Support Center (ASC) provides services and programs for any student at American University who would like help in developing the tools necessary for their success. Our goal is to help students achieve their full academic potential.
The ASC offers:
- services for international students
- Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes in the Department of Athletics
The ASC also provides academic support and assistance in arranging for accommodations for all students with learning disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Entering freshmen with learning disabilities may be interested in applying for additional support through the Learning Services Program.
The on-line test request form is now closed. To discuss your options for arranging final exams with accommodations, please stop by the ASC in MGC 243, or contact the ASC testing coordinators at x3489.
