Workshops & Presentations

   The Counseling Center staff offers programs and services to the entire American University community through a variety of formats, including: workshops, seminars, Internet-based information and interventions, and informational brochures. The content of the outreach programs and consultation services varies depending upon the needs of the University community.

   The Counseling Center welcomes the opportunity to present in your class or organized group. Below you will find a list of possible topics that can be presented in a workshop fashion.

  • Depression and Suicide (Videotape and Discussion)

    The Counseling Center also participates in many awareness events on campus to provide prevention information to the larger community.
