To schedule a medical appointment, call the Student Health Center at 202.885.3380 or stop by the 1st floor of McCabe Hall.

Here are some hints that can help you schedule your appointment:

Know Your AU ID Number
You will be asked for your AUID number to schedule your appointment.

Have Your Class or Work Schedule with you before you call
This will help you schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.  Please remember, that you should arrive at least 15 minutes early for your visit. If your class or work ends at 3pm, you should not schedule a 3pm appointment.  

Medical Provider
If there is a particular medical provider you want to see, please mention their name when you are scheduling your appointment.  If you are scheduling a follow up visit, you should see the SHC provider you saw during your initial visit.  If you prefer to see a female or a male provider, please specify that when making your appointment.  

Type of Appointment
Please specify what type of visit you need to schedule.   Physical exams, Women’s Annual GYN exams, and Psychiatric appointments are scheduled for different appointment lengths than routine and follow up visits.
