AU ID cards are made in the Housing and Dining Programs office located on the main campus on the first floor of Anderson Hall.  

The One Card Office is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday from 11:30am - 5:00pm.

We will also have the following extended hours during Winter Welcome Weeks:

Sunday, January 8th - Thursday, January 12th: 9am-5pm
Friday, January 13th: 11:30am-5pm
Tuesday, January 17th - Thursday, January 19th: 9am-7pm
Friday, January 20th: 11:30am-5pm

Once you are granted a status as a current student, staff or faculty member by your academic program or Human Resources, you may receive your first AU ID card. Please contact the appropriate department if you are unsure of your status before visiting the One Card Office. All new cardholders must present a valid government-issued photo ID in order to receive an AU ID.

Students

If you are a new student and submitted your picture online, you can pick up your AU ID card at your New Student Orientation or at the Housing & Dining Programs office in Anderson Hall during Welcome Weeks. Students should take advantage of the extended business hours we have during Welcome Weeks if you are not able to visit our office during normal business hours.

 

Faculty

New faculty may receive an AU ID card once granted status as a current faculty member. New adjunct faculty members participate in an AU ID photo session during orientation.

 

Staff

As a staff member, you will receive your AU ID during your Human Resources staff orientation. Staff may also receive an AU ID card before the scheduled orientation once granted a status of current staff by Human Resources.
